With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Processing Time

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on worldwide orders over $49.

We process and ship orders from our global warehouses Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for pre-order and custom/handmade pieces may take longer, (these details can be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails). You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped.

Expedited Shipping Exceptions

We only offer expedited shipping via UPS within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or other issues on behalf of the mail carrier. PLEASE NOTE: An expedited shipping method does not change the processing time for any pre-order or personalized items.

Do I Have to Pay Duties?

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivered duty-unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations,404 cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at boundless, that’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. If there’s any quality issue with your purchase, please contact our customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for other personal reasons, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and you will receive a refund (minus service fees) for items returned in their original condition. Please note that we can only issue the refund after we have received the returned items.

Return Conditions

1. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Items are treated as used if the sealing sticker on the packaging inside the shipping box is removed or tempered with.

2. The time frame for return must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received.

3. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not send your return to the shipping address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will provide shipping instructions once you submit your returns request.

Non-Refundable Items

1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.

2. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Items that were worn, or sent to you as replacement or exchange are not refundable.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.

Send us an email at  admin@goodvapes.co to request your return and your return label. Don’t forget to include the following:

1. The order number

2. The address where the order will be shipped from

3. The email address associated with your boundless account so we can apply the credit once processed. If you haven’t created one yet, you can create one now by clicking the SIGN IN button on the top right corner of our page.

Please Note:

* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of boundless representatives to get an authorization.

* The shipping rate before discount, duties and/or taxes will apply and are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
